Maximum floor area: Up to 70 square metres
Single-storey only, with a maximum building height of 4 metres from the ground
Must sit at least 2 metres away from property boundaries and any other buildings on the site.
Must use a simple design with lightweight frames (timber or light steel) and lightweight roofs.
